Faith is indescribable trust in God, trust which never dreams he will not stand by us.
Every time you venture out in the life of faith, you will find something which, from a commonsense standpoint, flatly contradicts your faith. Common sense is not faith, and faith is not common sense. They stand in the relation of the natural to the spiritual. Faith must be tested. The supreme thing is confidence in Jesus. Believe steadfastly in him, and all you come up against will strengthen and develop your faith.
CGF Focus
Creating a faith-based ecosystem for Real Estate Kingdom Leaders to pray, to share the calling God has given to each one of us, to collaborate, and to initiate profitable ways we can impact the real estate industry together.
Be praying with us as we are seeking God’s direction and the Holy Spirit’s inspiration in the following areas as well as key leaders’ participation in the intellectual and financial support.
Our mission and vision at the Community Growth Foundation are executed and integrated through the following four pillars:
Pillar I – Ownership & Development
· Community Growth Fund I: $250M - $400M
A Collaboration fund of the Best-in-class Multi-family Faith-Based Owners|Operators Nationwide with Proven Investment Methodology, KPIs and Ministry Impact.
o Actively engaging with Investors and Fund Managers, gaining input on investment criteria in September/October.
o Fund launch EOY 2024.

Pillar II – Mission 98 | Bring Christ to the People

Multi-housing Ministry:
The Arizona Multi-housing Ministry is nearing a kickoff in Q4 2024. We are close to appointing a new Multi-housing Director for the Phoenix metro area and look forward to training and initiation of a regional ministry effort.
The San Antonio and Central TX Multi-Housing Ministry is flourishing – While waiting for the new resident team to be boarded, Robby Solomon (Regional Director) took the initiative to engage local churches in the area, planting seeds, preparing, and prayerfully anticipating the fruitful work ahead.

Pillar III – Faith-based Real Estate Investment & Property Management Education
Integrating Faith-based Wisdom in Real Estate Professional Management: What it means to be a servant leader and viewing our profession as a calling.
Legal Expertise Secured: We have confirmed a legal attorney with expertise in the education curriculum to work alongside our team.
Task Force Leadership: Finalizing a Task Force charter and the Chair to lead this task force.
Curriculum Development Progress: We anticipate moving forward with Task Force members and the curriculum development team at Grand Canyon University to begin the curriculum development process for an on-line certification program and a 4-year degree program.

Pillar IV – Mentoring & Special Events/Community Support
September 24 – 26: Mission 98 First Retreat - YMCA of the Rockies, CO.
November 14, 15: Redemptive Real Estate National Conference – Dallas, TX.
Faith Driven Investor, Q4 2024: Local CO Real Estate Study Group is being discussed and planned.
Book and Podcast: Finalizing a book publication with a planned release in 2025 and a multi-family ministry-oriented podcast is underway.
