“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.”
The Abiding Life: The apple hanging on the tree is not out there struggling, striving, pushing, and doing its best to get ripe. All it has to do is just hang in there and it's going to ripen. And it's going to come to maturity.
In the same way - Unless we're abiding in Him, we cannot bear fruit of ourselves. We cannot sit down and say, "Now, this is what I'm going to do for God this year. And these are the projects that I'm going to endeavor. And this is my plan by which I intend to fulfill this goal." That bearing fruit that God desires is the most natural thing that can happen to us as we abide in Christ. It's just a natural function. And so, "Abide in me. You can't bear fruit of yourself."
CGF Key Stakeholders’ Retreat - PRAISE
Praise God for bringing each of the Key Stakeholder’s to be with us for a 1.5-day retreat where we collectively and collaboratively spending time in praying, in fellowshipping, in brainstorming, and in planning what’s ahead of us. We all desire to be a part of the great commissions, to be a disciple of Jesus, and to let God uses us collaboratively, to multiply our gifts, and resources He’s entrusted to us to serve our communities more effectively beyond what each one of us can do individually.
What CGF needs most is for our Stakeholders to abide in Christ and ask God to act in our lives. We all need to be united in prayer and in action.

CGF Focus
Creating an ecosystem for Real Estate Kingdom Leaders to pray, to share the calling God has given to each one of us, to collaborate, and to explore ways we can serve more effectively together. Plan for our next Key Stakeholders Retreat in early 2025.
We receive Board Approval to have New Board Members to the CGF Board. We thank YOU for taking part on this journey God has given us. We are firming up key activities and the budget for the Foundation for the next year, including our 3 – 5 years plan.
Be praying with us as we are seeking God’s direction and the Holy Spirit’s inspiration in the following areas as well as key leaders’ participation in the intellectual and financial support.

Pillar I – Ownership & Development
7/9, 7/10 – Dallas, TX: a One-day Deep Dive is planned for Key Kingdom Owners to seek wisdom to effectively collaborate in our business and to use our business as a platform for ministry.
Investment Properties Update:
Villas Del Rio, Las Vegas - 168 units are under contract ($27M Purchase Price) with a closing date of July 18th. We thank our investors for their trust in investing with us on both a non-profit and for-profit basis.
The Sun Valley development transaction in Denver is moving forward with city entitlements with approval of November 2024. Approximately $10M is still available for additional investors in this $180M development. Construction is expected Q1 of 2025.
The 38th and Huron development transaction is near to final approval for all entitlements. We have a co-GP relationship with Deven USA, the US arm of Kajima Development in Japan. Construction is expected Q4 of 2024.

Pillar II – Mission 98: Bring Kingdom & Social Impact to the People
In-progress to effectively communicate Ministry Impact in Our Communities by collaborating with Apartment Life.
In-active discussion to start Multi-housing Ministries in Central TX and AZ. The goal of the Multi-housing Ministry is to activate and equip local churches to serve our multi-housing residents/our neighbors
Pillar III – Faith-based Real Estate Investment & Property Management Education
Focusing our effort in integrating Faith-based Wisdom in Real Estate Professional Management. The practical application of Biblical wisdom what it means to be a servant leader, to see our profession as a calling.
A Task force charter is being drafted. Wisdom, discernment to strategize and plan is needed to realize the vision for this pillar.
We appreciate Ron Blue, John Kaites|GCU, Nick Ellis|CHI, Stephanie Helling, and other Key Leaders for being our cheer leaders in this effort.
